有無小朋友小時候揀飲擇食呢?媽媽總係會諗?法寶把菜色做得外型可愛,味道貼近細路仔口味,氹小朋友食。

嚟緊星期日是母親節,我特別造我媽媽好鐘意食的「焗豬扒飯」氹氹媽媽!步驟唔少,而且落足心機,大家跟住做一定令媽媽滿意!

材料

洋蔥、胡蘿蔔、芹菜、蘑菇、大蒜、蔥、剩飯米飯、油、雞蛋、水牛芝士

調味

牛油、麵粉、雞湯、水、胡椒粉、黑胡椒、鹽、糖、茄膏、茄醬、喼汁、美極鮮醬油、芝麻油、牛至

Method

1) Make a batter by melting butter in a pan, then gradually adding flour, chicken stock and water until then texture is similar to that of tomato purée, then season with white pepper, salt and sugar.

2) Fry the garlic, onions, tomatoes, celery, mushrooms and carrots together, seasoned with black pepper, Maggi sauce, oregano, Worcester sauce, ketchup, tomato purée, salt and sugar – now mix with batter.

3) Pork should be marinated with pepper, sesame oil, fish sauce and sugar.


Fry the pork chops in a frying pan with oil.


4) Beat up the eggs and mix it thoroughly with the rice. In a wok add oil, garlic and shallots then fry the rice and season with salt & pepper and light soy sauce.


Place the rice in a dish, followed by sliced pork chop, then the battered sauce, and sprinkle cheese on top. Place in oven and bake/grill until cheese melts, whilst doing this fry a sunny side up egg .

Take out from oven, top with fried egg and serve immediately!
