【王子煮場】鑄鐵鍋煎西班牙豬扒


不少烹飪節目或者食譜示範,都著重調味或者煮食技巧,今日想簡單介紹一味每位媽媽都做過的「煎豬扒」,美味竅妙在於煮食工具和新鮮材料。

運用傳熱快速的鑄鐵鍋,鎖著優質西班牙豬扒肉汁,無需複雜醃料「整色整水」,落鍋煎香兩邊,已經是煮出美味的關鍵!撈汁?不如NO汁!🤴

豬扒醃料:
魚露、米酒、黑胡椒、雞粉、芝麻油和糖,醃最少一小時。

GWZ always likes to keep things simple and emphasises on choosing quality ingredients. This Spanish pork chop is reasonably priced and of high quality indeed. So instead of adding sauces to cover the natural meat flavour, it is recommended to simply marinate it and fry it with a cast iron skillet! Can pretty much assure you the juice and delicious pork flavour will burst out making this a memorable experience! 🐷 .

Method:

Marinate the pork chops with fish sauce, rice wine, black and white pepper, chicken powder, sesame oil and sugar – for at least one hour. Heat up a cast iron pan and add some sesame oil and spread to cover base. 

Fry the pork chop until one side is completely cooked and then turn it to the other side and do the same. 

When your fork can easily push through from one side of the pork chop to the other that means it’s cooked!

Let it rest for a minute or so before cutting them into slices, then serve immediately! 🇪🇸🐖

Tips:

•PS Do not keep turning the pork chops from one side to another. Minimise this as much as possible as turning too much causes the pork to lose its juiciness

•PPS Only cut the pork chops after cooking them. If cut up first then fried they will become dry very easily
