脆卜卜蝦香芋絲餅 食完笑蝦蝦


這一道香脆可口的蝦香芋絲餅,是大人與小孩都很喜歡吃的年菜!

蝦香芋絲餅

材料:
芋頭 600克
蝦仁 200克
雞蛋(打散) 3個

調味料:
鹽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1茶匙

做法:
1. 芋頭去皮,刨絲,蝦仁去腸泥,洗淨後吸乾水分,用刀拍扁及剁碎。
2. 加入調味料,攪拌及甩打至起膠。
3. 芋絲與雞蛋拌勻。
4. 鑊內燒熱炸油,放入1湯匙芋絲,炸至金黃色。

Crispy Taro Shreds

Ingredients:
600g taro
200g Shrimp
3 eggs, beaten

Seasonings:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder

Method:
1. Peel taro and grate into shreds.
2. Add Seasonings. Stir and beat until the mixture is sticky.
3. Combine shredded taro and egg mixture.
4. Heat up oil in a wok. Scoop 1 tbsp of shredded taro into oil and deep-fry until golden brown.
